  • Open or used items, complaints related to taste or health issues (consult a nutritionist or the brand), products with tampered codes or serial numbers, and freebie items without the purchased item are not eligible for return.

Regarding Fake Products:

  • Supplemart.in solely fulfills all orders directly, ensuring the authenticity of every product. In the unlikely event of doubts regarding authenticity, customers can directly contact the brand for verification.

Initiating a Return:

  • To start the return process, please send a request to care@supplemart.in. Note that a return can only be initiated once per order, and Supplemart reserves the right to approve or reject return requests.
